Job Description:

Omega Disaster Restoration is seeking technicians in the Richmond area that are highly motivated, reliable, personable, and with a good work ethic. Responsible for performing hands on water, fire, mold, trauma scene and storm damage mitigation. There is no experience necessary to be part of this rewarding experience. Driver’s license must be in good standing and have a clean driving record. This job requires some weekend work and may have overtime requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Remove damaged building materials such that the restoration process can occur in the most efficient manner.
• Participate in the on-call rotation schedule as required.
• Maintain proper equipment tracking procedures.
• Communicate with the homeowner effectively and compassionately in a polite and courteous manner.
• Willing to train
• Company paid certifications
• IICRC Water and Fire Certification available with the opportunity for advancement. Must be able to lift 75 lbs, participate in an on-call rotation with overtime, pass a drug screen and background check, and hold a valid driver’s license. Immediate openings available. Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
