Omega Disaster Restoration is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Looking for a highly motivated and self- driven sales representative to join our team
- This job will begin as an inside sales position and later have the opportunity to transition into outside sales as well Exhibit effective appointment setting skills and cold call on the required number of potential accounts per week
- Utilizing professional and effective selling skills
- Discover prospects incremental and programmatic needs.
- Effectively communicates the companies’ value propositions, capabilities
- Ability to document customer engagement and information in Dash.
- Internal Partnerships: Effectively work with Operations and Office team to follow up with leads and categorize accordingly
- Integrates feedback from prospects into their sales approach.

- Proven ability to view rejection as a learning opportunity and double down on next best actions
- Experience and proven track record of business development
